Le Bayadère and Maison Henriot: A Meeting for Champagne Week
At Le Bayadère, every moment has its own rhythm: evenings devoted to chef Khalid Mansour’s cuisine, leisurely Sunday brunches and quieter afternoons in the Salon Bambou.
Throughout October, champagnes from Maison Henriot will accompany these different occasions.
Champagne Week, from 19 to 25 October, offers a special opportunity to discover them.

A History That Began Long Before Maison Henriot
The story begins in 1640, when the Henriot family left Lorraine to settle in Reims.
They soon added wine trading to their textile business. Over time, the family acquired vineyards in Champagne and deepened their knowledge of the region.
In 1718, a treatise on vine growing and winemaking in Champagne was published. Attributed to Canon Godinot, Apolline Henriot’s great-uncle, it became a source of inspiration for her.
When she founded her champagne house in 1808, Apolline owned vineyards in Verzy, Verzenay and Mailly-Champagne, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims.
Her ambition was to create champagnes that would tell the story of these lands.
To express the diversity of her vineyards, she placed particular importance on blending wines from different crus and incorporating reserve wines from previous years.
Another union marked the House’s history in 1880, when Paul Henriot, Apolline’s great-grandson, married Marie Marguet, whose family owned vineyards in the Côte des Blancs.
Chardonnay vineyards thus joined the Henriot estate, which until then had consisted of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims.
These milestones are reflected in the House’s cuvées today.
Brut Souverain is its original cuvée, while Blanc Souverain, made exclusively from Chardonnay, reflects the importance of the Côte des Blancs within its vineyards.
Maison Henriot at Le Bayadère Throughout October
Just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, Le Bayadère welcomes guests into the intimate atmosphere of Hôtel Elysia.
Chef Khalid Mansour serves French cuisine guided by seasonal ingredients, to be enjoyed over dinner or at the Sunday table.
Throughout October, Blanc Souverain, a blanc de blancs champagne, and Henriot Rosé will be available by the glass at Le Bayadère.
Each visit offers an opportunity to discover these cuvées.

From 19 to 25 October: Three Ways to Enjoy Champagne Week
During Champagne Week, this collaboration continues through three dining experiences.
From Thursday to Saturday evening, a complimentary glass of Blanc Souverain will be served with the tasting menu.
It will accompany an evening devoted to chef Khalid Mansour’s cuisine in the intimate setting of Le Bayadère.
On Sunday 25 October, a complimentary glass of Blanc Souverain will also be served with brunch.
Served at your table, this Sunday gathering invites you to take your time and discover another side of the restaurant.
Finally, every day from 19 to 25 October, a complimentary glass of Brut Souverain will be served with afternoon tea.
In the warm atmosphere of the Salon Bambou, this afternoon interlude offers another opportunity to discover Maison Henriot’s historic cuvée.
From the vineyards of Champagne to a Parisian table, this collaboration brings together two stories and several ways to discover them.
Blanc Souverain and Henriot Rosé will remain available by the glass throughout October, while the complimentary glasses served with the tasting menu, brunch and afternoon tea will be available exclusively during the week of 19 to 25 October.
